Shvoong encourages you to invite your friends to join Shvoong's writers community. For each new writer who joins Shvoong at your invitation, you will be credited with his equivalent payment (within a limit of up to $100).
These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) need to be read in conjunction with the Shvoong.com terms of use (the “Main Terms”).Terms herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Main Terms unless stated otherwise herein.
For the purposes of these Terms, an “Inviting Friend” is the person inviting a friend to register with Shvoong.com (the “Site”) and an “Invited Friend” is the person invited to register with the site.
- An invited friend must not be previously registered with the site.
- In the event that an Invited Friend registers with the Site and provides Content, the Inviting Friend shall receive an amount of money equal to the Commission received by the Invited Friend up to a maximum amount of $100.
Shvoong.com reserves the right to withhold payments due hereunder to the Inviting Friend in the event that the Invited Friend is in breach of the Main Terms.
